Working Principle: When water contains trace amounts of salts, it becomes a conductive liquid. When water with a conductivity between 125-1250 μS/cm enters the electrode humidification tank, the computer first detects the water’s conductivity. As the water rises above the electrodes in the humidification tank, the electrodes create an electrical circuit through the water and heat the water to boiling point, generating steam. The electrode steam humidifier controls the steam output by regulating the water level and conductivity within the humidification tank.
The humidification process utilizes the current passing through water to generate heat, causing the water to boil and produce steam, thereby achieving efficient isothermal humidification.
The system has a small footprint, making it well-suited for installation and operation in confined or limited spaces.
It is equipped with an intelligent control system that enables automatic humidity adjustment and supports both switch control and proportional control, meeting the needs of different environments.
The steam output can be flexibly adjusted according to environmental requirements, with control accuracy ranging from 1% to 3%. It is cost-effective and easy to install.
