Working Principle: The high-pressure plunger pump is used to increase the water pressure to above 3 MPa, and then the pressurized water is transported through high-pressure resistant pipes to be atomized by a specialized nozzle. This creates micro-mist particles ranging from 3-15 µm (50 billion particles per second), allowing it to quickly absorb heat from the air, complete vaporization, and diffuse, thereby achieving the purposes of air humidification and cooling. This method has advantages such as small volume, light weight, high efficiency, energy-saving, and reliable safety, making it especially suitable for humidification in central air conditioning systems.
The system supports a broad humidification capacity range. Output can be scaled by configuring the number and arrangement of nozzles, allowing continuous adjustment from 5 kg/h up to 900 kg/h.
The system operates using water pressure as the sole driving force, eliminating the need for auxiliary equipment such as air compressors. When integrated within an air-handling unit, overall operational efficiency can exceed 90%.
Atomizing 1 kg of water requires only 6 W of power, representing approximately 1/100 of the energy consumption of a conventional electric heating humidifier.
The system is capable of continuous 24-hour operation. Both the sprinkler and mist distributor contain no electrical components or wear-prone parts, enabling reliable performance even in high-dust environments.
The system’s primary components include a Siemens Bede motor, an AR high-pressure piston pump (Italy), and a control interface that can be configured according to customer requirements—either via a PLC with touch-screen HMI or a push-button control panel.
